Despite playing love interests in the new animated film The Lorax, Taylor Swift and Zac Efron still claim that they aren’t dating. Which is such a shame, especially considering how adorable they are playing guitar together in this clip from The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Taylor explains that she taught Zac a few key chords on the guitar (using must-have custom picks with Taylor’s face on them), and they start singing a perfectly harmonized rendition of Foster the People’s “Pumped Up Kicks.”
But, to Ellen’s surprise, they’ve changed the lyrics to turn the breezy song into a testament to how “weird” Ellen is, and reminisce on behind-the-scenes fun they’ve had during their many Ellen appearances. An example? Apparently Taylor isn’t quite over the time Ellen surprised her in a bathroom and nearly killed her. Check out the video here.
