The CW released its official 2012-2013 schedule today, May 17, and three new shows are on the docket for fall. Watch the following teasers to get a first peek at these gems, which range from a superhero series to a dark crime drama to a dramalicious medical show.
Arrow
Airing Wednesday nights at 8/7c, this superhero drama stars super sexy Stephen Amell as the popular DC Comics character the Green Arrow. Hello, shirtless scenes!
Beauty and the Beast
Kristin Kreuk stars as a homicide detective — beauty — to Jay Ryan’s beast, a doctor with a dark side. A really dark side. The show will follow Vampire Diaries on Thursday nights at 9/8c.
Emily Owens, MD
A new doctor is in after Hart of Dixie on Tuesdays. Mamie Gummer plays a surgical intern in a new medical drama about how working in a hospital feels a lot like high school.
