She doesn’t want to wait for her life to be over.

Just one and a half months after Katie Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, her husband of five years, the couple is officially unofficial.

According to E! News, a New York judge signed off on the final judgment in the former power couple’s divorce case on Monday, August 20.

Tom and Katie reached a settlement agreement within two weeks, and Suri now lives with her mom in New York City, though the 6-year-old still gets to see and travel with her doting dad.
