It’s official: Baby Lachey will be a boy!

Former boy bander Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa announced on Wednesday that they’ll soon have another man around the house.

"It's a BOY. Nick and I are incredibly excited to share the news that we are expecting a baby boy,” Vanessa wrote on her website. “We can’t wait to meet him soon.”

While the couple are undoubtedly excited for the baby to arrive, they seem to be embracing pregnancy with open arms.
 
Last week, Vanessa posted a photo of herself in a bikini, revealing her very-pregnant belly while Nick followed it up with a heart-melting tweet.

“Watching your wife go through the phases of pregnancy is the most surreal, beautiful thing ever,” he wrote. “Nothing like seeing life evolve…”
