PREMIERE! Up All Night, 8:30-9 p.m. on NBC: In the Season 2 premiere, “Friendships & Partnerships,” the cancellation of The Ava Show deals a blow to Reagan (Christina Applegate) and Ava’s (Maya Rudolph) friendship.

PREMIERE! The Office, 9-9:30 p.m on NBC: The ninth and final season kicks off with “New Guys,” in which two new employees are dubbed the “new” versions of Jim (John Krasinski) and Dwight (Rainn Wilson). Meanwhile, Kevin (Brian Baumgartner) saves a turtle and Andy (Ed Helms) returns from leadership training.

PREMIERE! Parks and Recreation, 9:30-10 p.m on NBC: In the Season 5 premiere, “Ms. Knope Goes to Washington,” Leslie (Amy Poehler) and Andy (Chris Pratt) head to D.C. to visit Ben (Adam Scott) and April (Aubrey Plaza) in their new jobs. America’s Next Top Model
, 8-9 p.m. on The CW: In Cycle 19 ANTM’s “College Edition” 13 modeltestants currently enrolled in college or university smize-off for the grand prize of a fashion feature in Nylon Magazine, $100,000 cash, campaigns with Nine West and Smashbox Cosmetics, and a modeling contract with LA/NY Models. The lucky winner will also become the face of Dream Come True, America’s Next Top Model’s new perfume.

The 2012 Emmy Awards, 7-11 p.m. on ABC: Jimmy Kimmel hosts the 64th annual Primetime Emmy Awards. American Horror Story and Mad Men are tied for the most nominations, with 17 each. [FULL LIST OF NOMINEES]

Boardwalk Empire, 9-10 p.m. on HBO: Gyp Rosetti (Bobby Cannavale) takes an interest in the route between Atlantic City and New York, and Nucky (Steve Buscemi) encounters and unusual collection system in New York in “Spaghetti & Coffee.”

PREMIERE! Treme, 10-11 p.m. on HBO: Season 3 kicks off with “Knock With Me - Rock With Me,” set in fall 2007. The neighborhood is shocked by police officers’ response to a brass-band procession for a fallen musician, and Delmond (Rob Brown) and Albert (Clarke Peters) experience different reactions to their new album.

FINALE! The Real Housewives of New Jersey, 10-11 p.m. on Bravo: Melissa faces her past and the ladies scrutinize Teresa’s involvement in “Stripper-Gate” in the Season 4 finale, “Strip Down Memory Lane.
