As fans and peers mourn the passing of a music legend, the investigation into the tragic and untimely death of Whitney Houston continues.

While no clear cause of death has been revealed, TMZ is reporting that prescription drugs were found in her Beverly Hilton hotel room. The singer was also reportedly discovered in the bathtub, leading some to believe that she had drowned. There was no evidence of illegal drugs and nothing in the room to suggest that Whitney had been drinking. 

The late singer's body will need to be autopsied to determine the true cause of death.

Whitney Houston died early Saturday, Feb. 11, at the age of 48.
