It's Edward Duke Rancic! His father, Bill, tweeted this photo, writing, "Number 1 Bears fan!!!"

Since Duke was only born this past August 29, 2012, he's probably more like the future #1 Bears fan.

But Bill and Giuliana's son is certainly one of the cutest Bears fans.
