With the return of Pretty Little Liars this week for its Halloween special, we were reminded of just how creepy Toby Cavanaugh now is. But somehow, that just makes him that much hotter, dontcha think?
So we wanted to know how Toby stacks up to all of the other smokin' hot bad boys of the small screen.
Can anyone hold a candle to Damon on The Vampire Diaries? Or is Once Upon a Time newbie Captain Hook really scratching you where you itch? (Then again, you shouldn't actually let him scratch you, given that hook of his, of course.)
