Lady Gaga is known for her eccentric fashion sense — meat dress anyone? — but just a few days ago the singer was spotted rocking an ensemble that most gals long to wear one day: a wedding dress!

New York socialite Marjorie Gubelmann posted a picture to her Instagram account featuring Gaga and some pals in wedding gowns, which had many wondering if the pop star was preparing to take a trip down the aisle with beau Taylor Kinney.

“Loving @ladygaga in @verawanggang #picoftheday #instahub #instacool,” Marjorie tweeted alongside the pic.

However, it doesn’t sound like Gaga is ready to wed Taylor … at least not right now. Another Instagram user clarified that Gaga was in fact donning the dress for a friend’s upcoming nuptials. 

She may not be making it to the altar anytime soon, but Gaga looks pretty fierce in that Vera Wang gown. Do you agree?
