Of course, with celebrity babies come weird-ass names, like that of reality star Holly Madison’s daughter, Rainbow Aurora, proves. Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin infamously gave their daughter the appellation Apple. Pulp Fiction actor Ving Rhames named his daughter Reignbeau. X-Files beauty Gillian Anderson named her daughter Piper Maru, which isn’t so weird but interesting enough to later become an X-Files episode title. Nicolas Cage, no stranger to weirdness — seen The Wicker Man? — named his kid Kal-El, i.e. Superman’s birth name. Famed boxer (and fat-reducing grill pitchman) George Foreman named all five of his sons George. And, perhaps stranger than all, My Name Is Earl star Jason Lee named his son Pilot Inspektor.

And then there’s Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Their kids Vivienne and Knox have reasonably normal names — maybe even Shiloh, too — but Pax? Maddox? Zahara? Names aside, the family of the Hollywood power couple keeps expanding, as Brangelina collects kids from the four corners of the earth. (So far, Angelina has adopted children from Cambodia, Ethiopia, and Vietnam. She also gave birth to her biological children in Namibia and France.)

The Jolie-Pitt brood might be the most prolific, but few celeb tots are as famous as Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Any kid of Tom Cruise is bound to be famous, but Suri found herself at the middle of a tabloid fever when Katie Holmes left Tom and took Suri with her! (No wonder Suri throws so much shade at paparazzi!)
