The 51-year-old Splash star is accused of standing on equipment on Fairchild's Winnsboro farm to halt attempts at building the Keystone XL pipeline, which would bring crude oil from Alberta, Canada, to the Gulf Coast of Texas.

She was released after being charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest, paying a $1,000 and a $3,000 bond, respectively.
