New Celebrity Ink: Selena Gomez’s Neck Tattoo and Jenelle Evans’s Hip Tattoo
On an apparent bid to catch up with her man Justin Bieber in the tattoo department, Selena Gomez got her second bit of ink — the roman numerals for 76 on the back of her neck — over the weekend.
At the other end of the tattoo spectrum (as in not small and simple), recently slimmed-down Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans added a massive new leopard design to her growing collection of body art. Um, rawr?
