Filming is underway for Season 6 of Jersey Shore, and even with The Situation and Snooki laying off the booze, the macaroni rascals are living it up.

Ronnie Magro and JWOWW's boyfriend, Roger, got into it with a couple of guys at Bamboo Bar on June 8. The "victims," Justin Viterito and Devon Chichele, claim they were ambushed for no reason and plan to sue, but other sources say the two were taunting the cast all night and attempted to attack Pauly D, which is when Ronnie and Roger stepped in. We don't know... Justin Viterito's lawyer sounds pretty confident that both MTV and Bamboo Bar footage will reveal the true aggressors.
