We still haven’t gotten over Lexie’s (Chyler Leigh) death on the Season 8 finale of Grey’s Anatomy, and now we have to process the news that Eric Dane (Mark Sloan) has decided to leave the show. The actor tells TVLine, "I am extremely grateful to everyone at Grey’s, ABC, and Shondaland for the experience and memories I have had over the course of this run."
