BAFTA Boys: George Clooney, Brad Pitt, and Jean Dujardin Make the British Oscars Super Sexy (PHOTOS)
For anyone more interested in movie stars than musicians, the 2012 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards had plenty to offer over the weekend. And by “plenty to offer,” we mean plenty of man candy.
George Clooney, nominated for Leading Actor in The Descendants, and his pal Brad Pitt, nominated for the same award for Moneyball, showed up solo to Britain's answer to the Oscars, wearing nearly identical black overcoats with their black-tie ensembles. Did they coordinate their outfits so they wouldn’t feel so lonely on the red carpet without Stacy Keibler and Angelina Jolie? Adorable.
Michael Fassbender, also nominated for Leading Actor for his role in Shame, walked the red carpet solo — though, much to our dismay, he decided to wear clothes. The British hunk Colin Firth showed up looking gorgeous and charming as ever, and Lead Actor winner Jean Dujardin proved that the French can be counted on for sex appeal, too.
