Not much explanation needed here. Bart (Robert John Burke) tried to have his own son killed on the final season of Gossip Girl. Look, it’s one thing if you want to engage in shady deals with totalitarian governments. But if you hurt so much as one hair on Chuck Bass’s (Ed Westwick) impeccably coiffed head, you’re landing on the d-bags list.
