This week our favorite celebrities offered more glimpses into their personal lives through that miraculous invention called Twitter, many of which were crazy for one reason or another!

For example, take this first shot. Vials of blood aren’t just limited to Angelina Jolie anymore! Now even Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder is getting in on the action. “I was hungry today at the doctor... Damon Salvatore style,” the actor tweeted on October 23.
