Celebrity Rib Cage Tattoos: From Rihanna and Chris Brown to Miley Cyrus and Lea Michele (PHOTOS)

Kim Kardashian’s little brother, Rob, has two rib cage tattoos. On the left side, he has a tattoo of his ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon’s name. On the right is a simple black line illustration of a bird, which Rob got with his childhood best friends as a brotherly bonding moment.

Kim explained the meaning of the latter on her blog: “It’s an African symbol that is a bird walking forward but looking back, symbolizing to them that no matter where they go in life, they will never forget to look back from where they came.”
