90210’s AnnaLynne McCord was relatively fresh on the scene when she stepped out at the 2009 Young Hollywood Awards — and boy, did she make sure to leave a lasting impression! While walking the red carpet in her patent leather heels, Anna slipped and went tumbling to the ground. Fortunately, she jumped straight up and went right back on her merry way.
