Does Chris Brown’s New Neck Tattoo Look Like Rihanna? (PHOTO)

We can totally see the resemblance, but Chris’s rep tells GossipCop that the new ink is “not Rihanna.”

TMZ has a close-up look at the tattoo while it was still a work-in-progress, and it appears to be a depiction of a woman surrounded by earthy flourishes. But, as you can see here, the tat had been shaded in more by the time Chris stepped out in Vegas on Labor Day, and now some are saying it resembles a woman’s battered face, which would be shocking considering Chris was charged with felony assault in 2009 after getting violent with Rihanna.

So what do you think: Rihanna or random? And, more importantly, are neck tattoos ever a good idea?
