Eva Longoria hit the grand opening of her new restaurant and nightclub in Vegas, SHe by Morton’s, on February 2. The former Desperate Housewives actress spent the evening with the three bachelor stars of her new reality dating show Ready For Love, which will premiere on NBC this spring, as well as former congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and Landry’s Inc. CEO Tilman J. Fertitta.
