Looks like Evie lopped off at least a foot of hair and dyed it all sorts of lighter shades. We were unsure about the new ‘do at first, but after viewing it from many angles, we decree that she’s not a Lost cause! In fact, paired with her short skirt, long sleeves, and huge heels, she’s looking edgy-chic!

The Canada native is playing the elf Tauriel in all three Hobbit films, which is funny because her longtime boyfriend Dominic Monaghan (who played Charlie on Lost) appeared as Merry in all three Lord of the Rings films. But now Evie is with boyfriend Norman Kali, and the couple welcomed son Kahekili in May 2011.
