Another series in development is a Silence of the Lambs prequel centered on FBI Agent Clarice Starling in her early years on the job. Whoever lands the lead has big shoes to fill: Jodie Foster won an Oscar in 1992 for her portrayal of Clarice in Silence of the Lambs.

Presumably busy with NBC’s Hannibal, Dr. Lecter won’t make a cameo on the show. Sadface.
