It's famous rapper, record producer, and fashion designer Pharrell Williams! Miley posted a photo earlier in the week of her and Pharrell hanging out in the recording studio.

The two are working on a record together, so it looks like they've gotten close. Miley even tweeted, "You can't deny what @Pharrell and I have together. #LOVE=MAGIC#bigbrother4life." We can't wait to hear what they come up with!
