Lindsay Lohan No Longer on Formal Probation
Five years after her 2007 DUI conviction, Lindsay Lohan is thisclose to being in the clear. Judge Stephanie Sautner released Lindsay from her formal probation during the 25-year-old starlet’s final probation hearing on March 29. Now on "informal" probation until May 2014 (thanks to a 2011 jewelry theft incident), she faces up to 245 days in jail if she breaks any laws in the intervening two and a half years.
Judge Sautner warned Lindsay (and her cringe-worthy pantsuit), "You need to live your life in a more mature way. Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work. I don't expect to see you again."
LiLo is already making a serious comeback: Fresh off a recent SNL hosting gig, she’s slated to make a cameo in an upcoming episode of Glee, and she nabbed the lead role in an Elizabeth Taylor Lifetime movie.
