Lil' Kim's Face Undergoes Startling Transformation — Rapper Looks Completely Different Now (PHOTOS)

Yes, guys, this really is Lil' Kim in June 2012 at 37 years old. Though she appears to have just walked off the set of Once Upon a Time, she's actually all glammed up for a performance at LA Pride. When asked during a May 2012 interview with the Breakfast Club why she's done so much plastic surgery, she responded, “There’s so many people who have surgery, so I don't know where that question is coming from.”

Even crazier than her response is the fact that the rapper’s appearance has changed yet again.
