Bruce Jenner: Before and After Plastic Surgery
After winning a gold medal at the 1976 Olympics (left), Bruce Jenner decided to get a nose job and a facelift. Unfortunately, the surgery was botched, and he became a prime example of plastic surgery gone wrong. Finally, Bruce decided to go in for a second facelift (right) to correct the first. His decision was featured in a 2009 episode of Keeping up With the Kardashians.
