Amanda didn’t get typecast as the ditzy blonde after Mean Girls. She made it big on TV, co-starring with Kristen Bell on the cult hit Veronica Mars and then landed a huge role on HBO’s Big Love.

Her film career has been popular, but with mixed reviews. She starred in Alpha Dog and In Time opposite Justin Timberlake and has tackled two huge musical adaptations — Mamma Mia! with Meryl Streep and last year’s Les Misérables. Her resume also boasts a few romantic comedies (Dear John, Letters to Juliet) and a few thrillers (Chloe, Jennifer’s Body, Gone), showing that Amanda is a successful, versatile actress.

But can she tell the weather with her breasts in real life? That we’ll never know. She will, however, play porn star Linda Lovelace in this year’s Lovelace, which may be even better.
