Whether it’s mere hair/makeup, aging, or something more, Megan has transformed herself from another face in the Hollywood crowd into “the most wanted face right now” — at least according to plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif, ex-husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Adrienne Maloof.

That’s not to say she’s gone under the knife; Paul is merely stating the obvious — that a helluva lot of women want to look like her.
