Only a month after Vienna annouced her rhinoplasty, fellow Bachelor Pad 2 contestant Ella Nolan revealed she had undergone not one — but five — plastic surgery procedures. Along with rhinoplasty and breast implants, Ella also had 3 liters of fat removed from her hips, thighs, and lower abdomen. Honestly, though? We kind of like the before picture better!
