Jennifer Grey remains best known for her role in the iconic film Dirty Dancing, where she played Frances "Baby" Houseman. A few years later, Grey underwent a rhinoplasty that downsized her signature feature; and her career took a, well, nosedive. Of the procedure, Grey said, "I went in the operating room a celebrity — and came out anonymous. It was like being in a witness protection program or being invisible." Her star rose again as a result of appearing on Season 11 of Dancing With the Stars, where she won the competition with the help of pro dancer Derek Hough.
