A very pregnant Alyson Hannigan was all smiles at the red-carpet premiere of American Reunion back in March, 2012.

The former Buffy star and her husband, Alexis Denisof (also of Buffy and its spin-off, Angel), welcomed their second daughter, Keeva Jane Denisof, just two months later, on May 23.
