Pregnant Kate Middleton Suffers Shoe Mishap on St. Patrick’s Day

While handing out sprigs of shamrocks to the 1st Battalion Irish Guards during a St. Patrick’s Day parade at England’s Aldershot Barracks, a perfectly dressed and coiffed Kate Middleton made mothers everywhere green with envy — at least right up until she got her heel stuck in a grate.

Fortunately, the mom-to-be’s gallant hubby, Prince William, was there to lend a royal hand as Kate worked to free her shoe.
