Spotted! Beyonce and Jay-Z Take a Baby Break at a Knicks Game (PHOTOS)

While we're disappointed that Beyonce and Jay-Z didn't bring their bundle of joy, Blue Ivy Carter, to the Knicks game, we were happy to see the beaming new parents last night (February 20) in their first public appearance together since the baby was born.
