Katherine Heigl is arguably the most successful of the Roswell cast, with steady work in film and TV since the series finale. After charming audiences as the popular and beautiful Isabel Evans, Kat went on to land roles in rom-coms like 27 Dresses, The Ugly Truth, and New Year’s Eve.
Katherine found huge TV success in the five years she portrayed Izzie Stevens on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, raking in multiple Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations. Her open condemnation of castmate Isaiah Washington’s gay slurs — and her critiques of her 2007 film Knocked Up — have earned her a reputation for being one of the most outspoken actresses in Hollywood.
In December 2007, Katherine married singer/songwriter Josh Kelley. The couple have adopted two children: Nancy Leigh (Naleigh) from South Korea and Adelaide from Louisiana.
Fun Fact: Katherine was a bridesmaid in the 2011 wedding of her Roswell co-star Majandra Delfino. Fellow Grey’s Anatomy star T.R. Knight was a groomsman in hers.
