Tia Mowry looks to be in prime shape these days.

The mother of 1-year-old Cree Taylor now stars opposite her identical twin sister, Tamera, on the Style Network’s Tia & Tamera. She’s also working on a core yoga DVD, which explains the envy-inducing abs.

Tamera gave birth to son Aden on November 12, and new aunt Tia can barely contain her excitement. “He’s just this cute bundle of joy,” she gushed to HipHollywood.com (via S2S Magazine). “He’s so strong. He’s so adorable, and the love that I have for him is overflowing already.”
