When he was arrested, Jason reportedly told the police (via RadarOnline), “I am friends with Miley Cyrus. I am. She’s my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years.”
That’s news to us — and we presume it’s also news to Liam Hemsworth, Miley’s fiancé.
In an unsurprising twist, Miley is apparently seeking a permanent restraining order.
