We all know how this story goes: A hipster wakes up one morning to find out she’s a witch and totally flips her s—t about it. She’s confused, pretends she didn’t spend her middle-school years with a lightening bolt scar drawn on her forehead, and usually is something of a loner. We’ve seen her before: Pru in Charmed, Sandra Bullock in Practical Magic (yes, we went there), and most recently, Cassie in The Secret Circle.

This witch with a capital B typically spends about five minutes rejecting her magic and then turns out to be the most powerful supernatural in her podunk town.
