ARMS: Harry Shum Jr. of Glee
Building strong arms isn't easy... which is probably why Harry Shum Jr. does laps in the pool first thing every day, right after he get's up. In addition, he works out three times a week, and even bought an inversion table — an upside-down table that uses gravity to pull your vertebrae back into place. Of the equipment, Ryno says, “Literally, in three minutes of lying upside down, back problems can easily go away. Which probably helps with his rigorous schedule and non-stop routines performing on Glee.”
