Presumed dead since Gossip Girl Season 2, Bart Bass (Robert John Burke) resurfaced at the end of the show’s penultimate season to reclaim control of Bass Industries from his son, Chuck (Ed Westwick), and brother, Jack (Desmond Harrington). Fortunately for the Upper East Side (and unfortunately for him), the Basstard is officially a goner, having fallen to his death from the roof of the Empire Hotel on the second-to-last episode of the series.
