"[Israeli martial art] Krav Maga really helps to keep [the weight] off," the 43-year-old revealed to Us. "And I'm laying off the donuts."
He also added cardio and weight-lifting to his exercise regimen and shunned dirty rice and pork chops for grilled chicken and ground turkey.
"I knew I was going to do the best I [could]," he said.
