Having gotten his start in The Mighty Ducks movies, Elden played Laney’s best friend Jesse. Supportive of Zack’s efforts to bond with her, Jesse later finds himself falling for Zack’s sister, Mackenzie, during prom. Elden went on to act in other teen-oriented movies like Idle Hands, O, and The Butterfly Effect. He later appeared in films like Lords of Dogtown and Deja Vu, in addition to guest starring on TV shows such as Smith, ER, and Grey’s Anatomy. Elden most recently played Doomsday in the short film The Death and Return of Superman.
