In the mid-1990s, Freddie Prinze Jr. could do no wrong. After starring in the horror blockbuster I Know What You Did Last Summer (where he met wife Sarah Michelle Gellar), he brought his boyish charm to the role of Zack in She’s All That. Sure, he played the popular high school jock, but he was the sensitive jock, okay? He wins Laney’s heart, and he won ours just a little too.

Freddie continued to milk the rom-com genre, starring in Head Over Heels and Summer Catch before taking on the role of Fred in the Scooby-Doo franchise. He briefly starred on his own sitcom called Freddie, which lasted for one season, and he had a prime role as a Counter Terrorist Unit operative on the final season of 24. Freddie’s even found time to indulge in his love for wrestling, making cameos for, hosting, and working on the creative staff of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

He and Sarah have a 3-year-old daughter, Charlotte, and a 4-month-old son, Rocky.
