Josh got the new ink two months ago for his adopted daughter Adelaide, his second with wife and former Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl. Adelaide joined Josh, Katherine, and big sis Naleigh in April 2012. “Drawn by yours truly and tattooed by Mike at Studio City Tattoo,” Josh wrote in his Instagram caption.
