Back From the Dead: The Most Shocking Resurrections From the 2011-2012 TV Season

For a show already filled with ghosts, who would expect that all the main characters eventually get killed off? Violet (Taissa Farmiga) is the first in the Harmon family to go — though we don’t discover she's actually dead until several episodes after her overdose. As her body rots in the cellar, the ghost version of Violet roams the murder house, unaware that she never survived her suicide. Her parents (Connie Britton and Dylan McDermott) follow her into the afterlife soon after.
