MTV Movie Awards 2012

The 2013 MTV Movie Awards just aired in mid-April, but MTV revealed that next year's event will be held on April 13, 2014.

According to Deadline, they also revealed that the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards will be held August 24, 2014.

Not to confuse you, but this year's MTV Video Music Awards will be held on August 25, 2013. The VMAs are usually held in September, but now we're in a late August...

Jennifer Lawrence, Kristen Bell, Emily Blunt, and other Hollywood stars joined still-unknown, up-and-coming actors on the list of nominees for the 2012 Gotham Independent Film Awards, which basically celebrate the best of the year's non-blockbusters!
