Ryan Lochte made a fuss about having a crush on Gossip Girl star Blake Lively — right before she married a different Ryan. Oops.

"I just heard about [the wedding to Ryan Reynolds]," the Olympic star told People on Monday. "I didn't even know she had a boyfriend until someone told me after I said I had a crush on her."

The sexy swimmer was caught frolicing in a fountain with Joan Rivers while taping a segment of Fashion Police on Thursday morning, and of course, he was shirtless.
