Mila Kunis is notoriously guarded about her private life, so it’s no wonder she sidestepped questions about her rumored fling with former That ‘70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher while at CinemaCon 2012 on Tuesday, April 24.
The actress, who was there to promote Oz: The Great and Powerful with co-star James Franco, kept her comment regarding the relationship reports short and sweet: “It’s very absurd,” she explained to Extra. “It’s a friend. A friend is a friend.”
Ashton and Mila were recently spotted on a three-day weekend getaway to the California coast.
