Rihanna and Chris Brown’s Relationship Inspires Dark Law & Order: SVU Episode

This is almost as brazen as what Chris Brown did to Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy Awards.

Law & Order: SVU is using an upcoming episode to tell “The Chris Brown and Rihanna Story” — you know, the one about the famous pop star who beats up his equally famous girlfriend. But NBC’s version comes with an even darker twist: The male singer gets offed.

Not that Chris’s actions are remotely defensible, but yikes.

Given that the two celebs are still caught up in their on-again, off-again relationship, this strikes us as being 50 shades of too soon. What do you think: pretty compelling or pretty messed up?
