New Jersey Housewives Bracing For “Major Explosion” at End of Season 5
Last we checked, all was well in New Jersey — relatively speaking, of course — but now that filming for Season 5 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey is about halfway over, it sounds like the ladies are anxiously waiting for the other shoe to drop.
According to Radar Online, a show insider notes that the Housewives (all of whom are veterans by now) are “afraid of what is coming up next.” And while many have speculated that Danielle Staub’s return to the show may be filmed in the near future, apparently the gals’ fears are greater than ex-stripper former cast members.
Ironically, the fact that everyone has been getting along post-therapy session in Lake George may be exactly why the show’s producers are eager to amp up the drama. The source maintains that the Housewives are totally aware of this, and are understandably fearful of what’s to come — whatever that may be.
“They know that the season will end will massive fireworks, and they’re all prepping themselves to be blindsided by the drama that can be introduced,” the source dishes. “The show thrives on drama, so everyone getting along isn’t going to be a good ending. Teresa, Melissa and Jacqueline fighting is ratings gold, and they know that so they’re waiting for the drama to start.”
Call us crazy, but we were starting to like the idea of a relatively peaceful Season 5! But do you think loads of drama really is the way to go? Sound off below!
